      There is no reference to the Nuget package for MongoDB.Libmongocrypt on the 2.10 install page: http://mongodb.github.io/mongo-csharp-driver/2.10/getting_started/installation/

      There should probably be a package listing for:  https://www.nuget.org/packages/MongoDB.Libmongocrypt/
