      We have decided to use 3 different packages for the driver.

      MongoDB.Bson
      MongoDB.Driver.Core
      MongoDB.Driver

      In addition, we have deprecated the current mongocsharpdriver and made it a meta package redirecting to MongoDB.Driver.
