      An exception is thrown in ClientEncryptionProseTests.cs when either FLE_AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID or FLE_AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY is not defined, but the exception message in both cases has the wrong environment variable name (missing the FLE prefix).
