      When running tests on a machine with an EU locale, tests fail due to number formatting issues. (Since EU locales switch the "," and "." compared to US numbers)

       

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Switch computer to an EU locale, such as English (UK)
      2. Run the test suite.
