(Integration Services Project -> Script Task) build failure due to missing MongoDB.Libmongocrypt.targets

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Create a new Integration Services Project in VS2K19 (Community or Enterprise)
      2) Drag a Script Task from the *SSIS Toolbox* to the control flow
      3) Right Click on the Script Task, select "Edit...", select "Edit Scripts"
      Script Task Project
      4) Set the project .NET Target Framework to 4.7.2
      5) Using NuGet Package Manager, install MongoDB.Driver 2.11.4
      6) Open ScriptMain.cs
      7) Add "using MongoDB.Driver;" to the #region Namespaces section
      8) Build the project
