LINQ3: Delete no longer needed Test.MongoDB.Driver.Linq2.Legacy project

      The Test.MongoDB.Driver.Linq2.Legacy project was created to isolate the LINQ2 tests so that they could diffed to the same tests repurposed to run on LINQ3.

      Now that LINQ2 tests are isolated in the Linq2 directory (and the LINQ3 tests will be isolated in the Linq3 directory) this separate project is no longer needed.
