Memory leak when used in conjunction with Datadog.Trace

      When I use the C# MongoDB driver in conjunction with the Datadog.Trace (C#) library, I'm seeing a memory leak of about 5MB per hour.  Please refer to [this issue|https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-dotnet/issues/1602].  

      The developers of that library indicate that a change to the MongoDB C# driver would be the best course of action.  See this PR.
