Memory leak when used in conjunction with Datadog.Trace

      We are seeing a memory leak at a rate of approximately 5MB per hour when our services are sitting idle.  The Datadog team have found the cause and the ideal fix would be a change to the MongoDB C# library.  See this issue and this PR.
