      Follow up for CSHARP-4400. As part of test projects refactoring and cleanup MongoDB.TestsHelpers was introduced. Follow up work:

      • Move common test helper classes to MongoDB.TestsHelpers
      • Consider moving test specific code to test project itself (if possible reduce amount of projects)
