Github releases feed keeps pushing old tags

      We subscribed to https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-csharp-driver/releases.atom

      but keep on being notified about (old) 0.22-dev releases. Unfortunately, decided to log this issue after deleting the release post in our Slack so don't have the exact tag atm. Also I no longer see them in the releases.atom...

      Is there something in your CI/CD pushing old tags?
