      As a Product Manager, I would like to know how many users are using MongoDB Atlas with .NET Aspire so that I can track metrics for the same appropriately. 

      A/C: 

      • New metadata field to track usage from the handshake (similar to EF Core, Semantic Kernel etc)
      • Library Info can be modified here with `mongo-csharp-driver | aspire` and the version of the package being used.
