      Along the lines of https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/PYTHON-4887, there are build failures (coincidentally leading to static hosts being quarantined) resulting from attempting to test against tools that don't exist for macos-14-arm64.

      Attaching a patchfile i think may address, but i do not currently have access to submit patches for testing.
