Remove option to use configured serialization in Atlas Search

      We introduced `UseConfiguredSerializers` in version 3 because we realised we were not using the correct serializers when serializing values for certain Atlas Search operators like "equal/in/range", but a default serialization. We have to remove the new method, and make it default to use the configured serialization.
