      CSHARP-5693 added MongoClient.AppendMetadata(LibraryInfo) for exactly this case. It shipped in driver 3.10.0, and the provider already references 3.11.0, so no version bump is needed.

      the MEVD code now lives in mongodb/mongo-mevd-provider, not microsoft/semantic-kernel. MEVD providers out of the SK repo in August 2026; dotnet/src/VectorData/MongoDB there is now a redirect README.
