Expose atClusterTime parameter in snapshot sessions

      It is now possible to to specify a specific `SnapshotTime when starting a session, by passing it in `ClientSessionOptions` (if setting `SnapshotTime` then `Snapshot` boolean must be true). It is also possible to retrieve the snapshot time of a certain session by using `clientSession.GetSnapshotTime`. 

      This allows to create a session with a specific snapshot time.
