Support GSSAPI authentication with .NET Core on Mac

      GSSAPI authentication (implemented in CSHARP-2481 for Linux) never worked on Mac and was disabled. Further investigation reveals that the problem was due to System Integrity Protection (SIP) starting in MacOS El Capitan (2015) interfering with DYLIB loading. This ticket will address this issue and enable GSSAPI support on MacOS.
