The atlas-connectivity-tests evergreen build variant currently only runs on Windows (windows-2022-latest-small). Since .NET delegates TLS to the platform's native TLS stack, running connectivity tests on a single OS provides incomplete coverage.

The variant should be converted to a matrix variant covering all supported OS platforms (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS x64, macOS ARM).

Note: Since the TLS code rarely changes, consider running this variant on a periodic cadence rather than on every main build, to avoid bloating CI for unrelated changes.
