      We have test-csfle-with-mongocryptd-net60 and test-csfle-with-mongocryptd-netstandard21 tasks in Azure and GCP KMS test matrices. It makes no sense to run them because it's already run in another CSFLE variants + Infrastructure mismatch (The testazurekms-task-group and testgcpkms-task-group spin up Azure VMs / GCP instances for their KMS tests. The mongocryptd tasks don't use that infrastructure at all)
