      After switching to hosting libmongocrypt native binaries to github sometimes build is failing with the following error:

      /data/mci/83f84814a3d0da519cf88e28810cc615/mongo-csharp-driver/src/MongoDB.Driver.Encryption/MongoDB.Driver.Encryption.csproj(106,5): error MSB3923: Failed to download file "https://github.com/mongodb/libmongocrypt/releases/download/1.18.2/libmongocrypt-linux-x86_64-musl_1_2-nocrypto-1.18.2.tar.gz".  Response status code does not indicate success: 502 (Bad Gateway or Proxy Error). [TargetFramework=once]

      Need to add retries to the script
