CompatibilityLevel should use the minimum supported wire version when null

      Not sure if this is in the doc, but now when CompatibilityLevel is null, it is then set to the mimum supported server version (of the driver) instead of being set to 4.0

      Currently when `CompatibilityLevel` is null, we set to version 4.0. We should instead set it to the minimum supported server version, and so it should be over time.
