Skip the ServerDiscoveryProseTests.Connection_Pool_Backpressure test on 9+ version on Mac

      Some recent changes on the server made Mac to hold the connection instead of properly closing it on when backpressure rate limiter activated, which makes test failing and no possibility to remove the configuration done for the test, so the server turned inoperable until hitting the test run timeout of 1-hour.
      Need to skip the test until server will investigate and fix the issue (see linked ticket for more details)
