      In particular, we should consider:

      • DynamicArray/DocumentSerializer }}are only consumed by {{{}ExpandoObjectSerializer. Could we remove it?
      • MaxDocumentSize, should we just use maxBsonObjectSize from the handshake?

      In general we need to evaluate if it's worth keeping this class.
