      The following public APIs are related to deprecated WaitQueueSize setting and will be removed in v4.0, need to mark them as Obsolete in 3.x branch to send a signal for our users:

      • MongoDB.Driver.MongoWaitQueueFullException - there will be no code to raise this kind of exception
      • ClusterSettings.MaxServerSelectionWaitQueueSize - it's a basically synonymous for WaitQueueSize knob
      • MapReduceOptions.Verbose - does not strictly related to the WaitQueueSize removal, but also will be removed in scope of v4.0
