      Deprecate features in 1.8 that we intend to remove in 2.0.

      This list will be edited over time:

      • deprecate Create methods in BsonValue and subclasses
      • deprecate RawValue in BsonValue and subclasses
      • deprecate Add methods in BsonDocument that will be renamed AddRange
      • deprecate any indexers that have a default value
      • deprecate properties of BsonObjectId that duplicate those in ObjectId
