Update C# Documentation

      In addition to the below need, most of the docs need to be updated, particular for some of the major changes in API due in the 1.8 release.

      As of the 1.4 version of the driver, IBsonSerializable has been semi-deprecated and will be fully deprecated in a future driver release.

      The tutorial documentation (in particular Make a Class Responsible for Its Own Serialization) still suggests using IBsonSerializable.
