Documentation doesn't state minimum .NET version required for C#/.NET driver

      The current (1.8.x) C# driver requires .NET runtime version 3.5 or later

      The next major release of the C# driver will require .NET runtime version 4.0 or later.

      Neither of these are documented anywhere in the C# documentation.
