CXX project Jira templates aren't driver-standard

      When filing a bug in the C++ project, I must click on "Additional Information" tab, and then put random thing into the "OS and Version" field or else it will error with:

      OS and VersionRequired
      OS and Version is required.

      Is that really expected?
      Why isn't it all in one page like other issue types? And is OS really required? o.O
