      I am re-triaging this ticket into 3.3.0-rc0. We will do some preliminary work to make travis and evergreen work again for 3.2.0-rc0, but we will not endeavor to improve the structure of those integrations in 3.2.0-rc0. After we branch 3.2, we will revisit this ticket to shore up the integrations.
