      mongoc_cursor_new_from_command_reply is deprecated for mongoc_cursor_new_from_command_reply_with_opts. That function seems like a strange method for implementing C++'s "distinct" helper anyway, consider an alternative.

      mongoc_collection_count_with_opts is deprecated, but we'll deprecate its C++ wrapper too.
