      CXX-2079 discovered that the "latest" download of the server on zseries Ubuntu 18.04 was lagging behind the latest release, giving a 4.3 development version. The variant was changed to test against a 4.4 download.

      When the latest download updates to beyond 4.4, we can add back a variant to test against latest (and keep the 4.4 variant).
