When I rebuild mongo-cxx-library (static version) and link against it on windows, I get these warnings about a missing pdb file.

I pass in /Z7 compiler option to cmake to avoid this - and that works with the libraries you actually build. But (I think starting in 4.1.0) - you depend on another library through cmake and that doesn't appear to get built with the same build options.
