[SERVER] Suggest to use checkMetadataInconsistency command to report index inconsistencies

      Since 7.0 (PM-3020) we can leverage the checkMetadataConsistency command to report any index inconsistencies. We should suggest the usage of this command in the documentation instead of the long and complicated aggregation we currently suggest.
