Fix sh.shardCollection command parameters in time-series documentation

      The sh.shardCollection command mentioned in the time-series docs specifies the time-series spec as the third parameter, but it should be the fourth parameter. The third parameter describes the 'unique' parameter. See sh.shardCollection documentation.
