Improve explanation around MMS group names

      1. When signing up, the user is prompted to provide a group name. The main page didn't provide any information about the purpose of this group name nor does it tell the user if this name needs to be globally unique (it does)
      2. On the page https://docs.mms.mongodb.com/tutorial/create-group/#create-a-group, proposal for new wording

        Choose a globally unique name for your group; this name must be unique within the MMS platform. For security and auditing reasons, you cannot use a name used earlier, and once you name a group, the group's name cannot be changed.

        Followed by a description of how group names are used. e.g., Make it meaningful to your organization.

      3. During sign up, every name the user tried was rejected telling them to ask their colleagues, but this only makes sense if you are joining an existing groups - this doesn't make sense if you are trying to come up with a new group name.
