API: automationConfig: create automated restores

      Adding description here so there is something public until this is documented:

      The basic steps are:
      1. Use the API to request an HTTP restore. Get the restore link.
      2. Use the restore link to populate the process.backupRestoreUrl property in the automation config.
      3. When Goal State has been achieved remove the process.backupRestoreUrl property on the automation config.
