Summary

Create a way for Time-series customers to create rollups of aggregated data from their underlying time-series collection

Motivation

Rollups are used by customers of time-series to aggregate, analyze and manage their data. These rollups are often managed externally and lack the consistent guarantees customers seek. Allowing customer to create rollups will enable them to easily analyze and manage their data in the Server and provide them with a near real time experience.
