      Summary

Remove and/or alias as much whitelist/blacklist terminology that is exposed to our users and developers as possible.

      Motivation

In multiple areas of MongoDB, whitelist/blacklist terminology is utilized for various commands. As this terminology carries a large, negative connotation, removing this terminology will create a more inclusive and better experience for users.

Instances of the term "WhiteList" should be replaced by "AllowList" and "BlackList" should be replaced by "DenyList".
