Summary
Remove support for enableMajorityReadConcern:false since cache pressure concerns around majority commit point lag should be addressed with Durable History.
Motivation
The enableMajorityReadConcern:false is a mode of operation that does not allow distributed transactions, preventing Sharding from using distributed transactions internally. In addition, supporting this mode requires a large level of engineering effort.
