      Description

      Apologies if I've designated the wrong categories here.  

      The repo at https://github.com/mongodb/specifications correctly lists CC A-NC-SA as the license in the README file: "All the specs in this repository are available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States License."

      However, the actual license file thats included is instead CC Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported.  

      Could you please fix the license file so it matches the README?
