Bulk operations are generally performed over loop executions where one most often than not needs to keep track of the amount of operations added to the bulk builder.

It would be nice to have a counter that would tell us how many instructions have already been added to the bulk write command.

Doing this on the bulk builder will also facilitate other complex work flows that might occur in add/remove of instructions to the bulk op.
