Summary

The "KMS TLS Tests" and "KMS TLS Options Tests" in the CSFLE prose tests have significant overlap.

Proposed changes

• Add a 5th ClientEncryption object in "KMS TLS Options Tests" to test the behavior with the default TLS settings.
• Remove "KMS TLS Tests".
