Stop using count in spec test where it's not necessary

      The command.yml test spec for command monitoring specification happens to use the count command as the example, making it difficult for drivers that have removed the count method to implement it.

      Replace count with something like find or countDocuments so that it's more portable across drivers as major releases are done in which count no longer exists
