Test parsing of hosts with trailing dots

      valid-host_identifiers.yml should include host strings with trailing dots, which signify a fully-qualified DNS domain name (resolvers will not add a suffix).

      While this is permitted by RFC3986, we don't currently test for this and cannot be certain that all drivers support it.
