      https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/pull/621 addressed a question related to when the cached recoveryToken should be cleared with this addition to the spec:

      Drivers MUST clear a session's cached recoveryToken when transitioning to the "no transaction" or "starting transaction" state.

      We should add tests for this post 4.2.
