Use APM to assert outgoing commands in CRUD spec tests

      This will entail migrating the old CRUD tests in v1/ to the unified test format (DRIVERS-709). Tests in v2/ can also be migrated, but those presently support APM assertions so it would not be imperative for this ticket.
