Lists of legacy tests to run for serverless and load balancer testing are inconsistent

      Summary

      The list of legacy spec tests to run on Atlas Serverless in the Serverless Testing README is a superset of those listed in the Load Balancer README.

      This was touched upon in DRIVERS-2713, but only for the legacy spec tests Transactions.

      I'm creating this ticket so we have a permanent record of this inconsistency, but I will not advocate making any changes to legacy spec tests to address this (as was done in DRIVERS-2713). Converting legacy spec tests to the unified format (DRIVERS-1525) is the ideal way to resolve this.
