      Summary

      Add support for Azure Functions and Azure App Service Environments to existing "azure" callback.

      Motivation

      Users want to authenticate to MongoDB from an Azure Function or Azure App Service Environment.

      Notes

      Azure Functions and ASE use the same mechanism for retrieving tokens, but it is prohibitively difficult to automate testing for ASE, so we will
      only target Azure Functions for integration testing.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Drivers create an Azure Function that authenticates to MongoDB using a token provided by Azure.
