      Summary

      Remove tests for Atlas Data Lake from drivers test suites.

      Motivation

      Atlas Data Lake is deprecated and will be turned off September 30, 2025. By then, all drivers should have removed their tests for ADL to avoid failures.

      The testing spec and tests in the specs repository should be removed entirely, as they will still be available through git history.
