Context

REP-8036, SERVER-137210, and SERVER-137213 are all critical bugs that happened because using a document key as a query filter requires a conversion. That conversion is nontrivial, as the server bugs show.

The drivers should make that conversion easy by implementing the required logic as a static function. We'll thus protect users from misuses of the change stream that jeopardize their data's integrity.

Definition of done

• Define the actual logic necessary to use a change stream event's documentKey as a query filter.
• Create tickets to add that logic to the drivers.
