The test certs that Hannes once copied from mongo-c-driver to drivers-evergreen-tools use an outdated signature hash algorithm. A Motor user has noticed that some Debians ban these certs:

Let's regenerate them with SHA256 signatures and keep the script that generated them so the next regeneration task will be easier.
